So excited! I’m stitching along with Fat Quarter Shop’s Charity Quilt Along to benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas. Each year Kimberly of the Fat Quarter Shop shares a Quilt Along and requests a donation to different charitable groups. This year a different block will be released on the 1st & 15th from February to June.
Block #1 that was released February 1st is actually 5 blocks – 1 large and 4 small Ohio Star blocks. I’m going to be using my scraps and even found enough light for the background in my stash.
I’m so pleased that I finished Block #1 before the release of Block #2!! Now I’m patiently awaiting the release of the next block sometime today.
It’s not too late to join in on the fun. I missed out on the Clementine QAL in 2018, which raised over $34,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I did donate and download the files and hope to make it one day.
