The Week That Wasn’t–Sunday 1/11/2015

Well, this will be short!  I came down sick on Tuesday, and then the rest of the house followed.  I guess you could say we like to share in this household.  Luckily it wasn’t the flu.  Just an ordinary stomach bug, but that slows you down for 48-72 hours.

This is how the week started.

We had our first ‘major’ snowfall of the season which was followed by several extremely cold and sometimes windy days.  There was only about 3” of snow accumulation, but the cold in single digits created unsafe driving conditions for most of the week. It was definitely a good time to just cuddle under the covers and sleep.

OK, this is an old picture, but you know what snow looks like and I was too sick to stick my head out the door!

And this is how the week ended.

Here’s hoping this week sees more stitching!

Happy Stitching!
